1. Refund Policy

Once an order has been confirmed and successfully delivered, refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

2. Exchange Policy

If you have received an incorrect item or are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request an exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and undamaged
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• The original purchase receipt must be provided

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for exchange.

In the event that you receive a defective item, it must be reported and returned within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for exchange.
